Kenechukwu is a highly motivated and resourceful lawyer. He is passionate about protection of human rights and is committed towards ensuring the indigent and vulnerable have access to Justice.

He is committed to providing innovative and practical legal solutions to human right issues in Nigeria. He heads the Legal Team of The ELA Initiative and co-ordinates the activities of the Organisation.
Yewande Kolade
Head, Education
Yewande is an Associate in G. Elias & Co. where she advises on corporate and commercial transactions. She holds an LL.B from Manchester Metropolitan University.
She seeks to promote the human rights in Nigeria through the lending of her skills and expertise in educating and enlightening youths and adolescents.

Adeola Olalemi
Head, Advocacy & Campaigns
Adeola Olalemi is a Legal Practitioner with a specialization in Human Rights Activism. She is passionate about achieving a unified system of free basic education for all children across Africa using the medium of advocacy.
She is a self motivated, hardworking and resourceful professional. She works with her team to advocate and help create better structures for human rights awareness and enforcement in Nigeria.
Adeola is also an ardent advocate for alternative dispute resolution methods as opposed to traditional litigation
Beverly Aziengbe
Head, Operations
Beverly Aziengbe is a legal practitioner with valuable and proven years of experience in Cooperate/Commercial Law, Litigation, Legal & Regulatory Compliance, Shipping and Maritime Law, Business Advisory and Company Secretarial practices.
Driven by her passion to see the successful relational, talent and performance management of organizations, being an integral part of its upscale, Beverly is leveraging on her exposure as a lawyer and is on her way to becoming a Human Resource professional.
She is self motivated, highly skilled and capable of working collaboratively and independently in an organized yet efficient manner. She currently serves as the Team Lead, Operations of The ELA Initiative.
Irenitemi Somuyiwa
Head, Media
Irenitemi is a Digital Creator, she obtained a Degree in Mass Communication from Babcock University and thereafter proceeded to Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom to study Digital Media Production.

She loves helping people in little ways within her capacity.

She heads the Social Media team at The ELA Initiative.
Nifemi Aina
Volunteer Coordinator
Oluwanifemi is a Legal Practitioner with experience in human rights activism. She has worked with FIDA, an organisation with a vision to achieve a Nigerian society where women and children’s rights, interests are guaranteed, in which they have the freedom to choose and live their own future.
She is passionate about children and the protection of their interests in the society and is committed to achieving that.

Meet The Advisory Council
Dr. Tete ADAM
Dr. Adam is an Associate Professor of Law in Babcock University. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Law.

His expertise includes Constitutional Law and International Law.

He is an a distinguished Lecturer and Litigator. He has vast experience in Law Practice and has successfully represented Clients at the highest Courts in Nigeria

Olu Oduntan
Olu is a lawyer, an arbitrator and a certified chartered administrator .
Having qualified as a lawyer over 10 years ago, he has practiced law as an advocate and litigation strategy specialist in the prime commercial district of Lagos.
He now sits on the board of some key business interests and he is a public policy enthusiast.

He believes that knowledge is the key to success in any venture. Being an optimistic person and a solution oriented thinker, he hopes and works for a better Nigeria, a united Africa and a more peaceful world.
Tobenna Nnamani
